Duration: 1 hour only for CSGB and + 1 hour for welcome and farewell
Fees: € 180 (Same price for up to 4 person.)

 

This includes a comprehensive 1-hour sound bath session, with an additional 30 minutes beforehand for welcoming and 30 minutes afterward for reintegration and experience sharing, accompanied by snacks and tea. Additional time will be provided if you wish to explore our range of Therapeutic, Planetary, and Healing instruments.

Step by Step Information of Cosmic Sound Gong Bath or Gong Meditation

Cosmic Sound Gong Bath (Group session and individual session) can be done only by the best and certified student or Master who have completed most of the courses, with sufficient experiences.
In this unique Cosmic Gong Sound Bath, we use Planetary and Therapeutic Gongs, along with Singing Bowls and other ancient instruments, to create healing vibrations for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Here’s a step-by-step outline of how the session unfolds:

Preparation of the Hall

Our team will prepare the space, which takes about an hour to ensure a calm, welcoming environment.


Arrival and Welcome

When participants arrive, we invite them to relax and unwind from any outside stress with a cup of tea or water.

Introduction and Instructions

After 5-15 minutes, the Sound Master will introduce the session, explaining what to expect and offering guidance on how to fully benefit from the experience.

Getting Comfortable

Participants will lie down comfortably in "Shavasana" (corpse pose). We’ll provide yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks for added comfort.

Opening Ritual

The Gong Master begins with specific mantras, accompanied by sounds from the harmonium/shruti box, conch shell, and bells. This ritual purifies the space, invites divine energies, and calms all present.

Sound Bath Begins

Using different techniques, the Sound Master plays Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments, creating therapeutic vibrations designed to balance energy and support healing.

Sound Session Completion

After about an hour, the Sound Bath concludes.

Gentle Awakening

The Sound Master will signal participants to gradually awaken from their meditative state.

Post-Session Reflection

Once everyone is awake, tea and snacks will be served. This is also a time to share experiences of the Cosmic Sound Journey.

Q&A Session

Participants can ask questions or share any notable experiences, and the Sound Master will offer insights if needed.

Cosmic Sound Hertz-Therapy (Healing Sound Massage) with Singing Bowls - for Individual

Cosmic Sound Hertz-Therapy or sound massage, the emphasis is on applying sound directly on the physical body by using certified Sounds and Vibration of Planetary, Therapeutic and Healing . This session is designed to relax client fully then to re-organised broken cells then to reset it in healthy position thus it is very powerful way to heal any types of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, astral problems.
It acts gently and in depth on the physical, mental and emotional bodies. The vibrations penetrate deeply in the body, shaking all its cells and re-energizing them, and re-harmonize energies and chakras.

The singing bowls, so the cymbals (tingshas), bells, conch shells, are able to emit sounds which act the same way than a mantra, by penetrating the energetic structure of the body. Sound waves unknot the energetic blockages and thus reaching the inner of our physical body. The warm and deep vibrations transform the ambient air into melodious sounds which gives rise to a whole orchestra of harmonics and overtones. The tunes are mixing up and produce in a creative manner the most unexpected and mysterious sounds. Thanks to their spiritual properties, these sounds can touch us in the depths of the soul, transmitting us their transformation power.

While singing bowls have been used for at least more than 2’000 years in sound healing, the past few decades witnessed the emergence of new techniques based on the use of defined frequencies associated with specific properties: musical, cosmic octave, planetary harmonics, solfeggio, chakra healing, Schumann Resonance, etc.

Another key principle of sound massage is that our bodies resonate efficiently with sound waves since the majority of our composition is water. The molecules in water are denser, which allows it to transmit energy faster from one particle to the next. Sound waves travel around 5 times faster in liquid elements (water) than gas (air).
